Onboarding

New hires learn scripts and procedures right in Telegram — tasks arrive as regular messages

🎯

Skills

Open-ended questions with AI grading: employees formulate answers in their own words, not pick from a list

📊

Assessment

Managers see who fails which script sections — transparent analytics on every employee

📈

Scale

Adaptive paths and spaced repetition — from 10 to 500+ employees without losing quality

Why training doesn't work

LMS collects dust

Employees never log in. Completion rate below 30%. Login, password, separate app — too many steps.

Training fades fast

In-person workshop ends in 2 days and is forgotten within a week. The forgetting curve works against you.

🔍

No visibility

Managers don«t know who learned what. HR can»t show results — just a «course completed» checkbox.

How EdUnit Bot solves these problems

📱

Training in Telegram

  • Tasks arrive as regular messages — 3 to 5 minutes
  • Text, photos, videos, voice — any content format
  • No apps, no logins, no passwords — Telegram is already on the phone
🤖

AI grading based on your materials

  • AI grades answers using your policies and methodology docs (RAG technology)
  • Grading cost 10–50× lower than a human expert
  • Multi-layered system: AI + peer review within cohort + expert assessment
🎯

Cohorts and adaptive paths

  • Synchronous and asynchronous cohorts with deadlines and group chat
  • New hires get 7–9 tasks, experienced staff — 1–2 every few months
  • Spaced repetition prevents knowledge from fading
📊

Transparent analytics

  • Per employee and cohort: what«s assigned, what»s completed, where the gaps are
  • Managers see who fails which parts of the script
  • Data export: built-in analytics, CSV, database dump

How AI grades answers

AI draws on your policies and methodology docs — not generic internet knowledge. RAG technology (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) lets the system find relevant fragments from your documents and check the employee’s answer against them. The cost per grading is 10–50× lower than a human expert.

For critical assignments, multi-layered grading is available: AI provides the initial assessment, peers review each other within the cohort, and for final validation an expert is brought in — via a one-time access code, no platform registration needed.

Case Study

Auto repair network: sales script training

⚠️

Problem

Service desk managers were not following the intake script. Every customer conversation went differently — some skipped the needs assessment step, others forgot to offer additional services. Management knew the script was being violated but couldn't pinpoint who was failing and at which step.

💡

Solution

Call recordings from the call tracker were analyzed automatically — AI compares each conversation against the sales script and identifies specific gaps for each employee. Based on this analysis, EdUnit Bot assigns each manager personalized remedial tasks targeting exactly the script stages they fail in real calls.

Result

Instead of a one-size-fits-all workshop, each employee worked on their specific weak points. New hires received 7 to 9 tasks in their first months and went through repeat cycles, while experienced staff got 1 to 2 tasks every few months. Training became transparent and measurable.

FAQ

Telegram for training — is that really serious? Won't employees get distracted?
Quite the opposite: precisely because Telegram is already on their phone, employees actually complete the tasks. With a traditional LMS, the barrier is downloading an app, remembering a login, and finding time. In Telegram, a task arrives like a regular message and takes 3 to 5 minutes. For frontline staff working from their phones, this is the only format that actually works.
How accurate is AI at grading open-ended answers?
For corporate training tasks, it is accurate enough to replace routine checking and deliver meaningful feedback to each employee. For critical assignments requiring expert validation, a multi-layered system is available: AI grading plus peer review within the cohort plus final expert assessment. You choose the level of oversight appropriate for each specific task.
How long does implementation take?
Two to six weeks, depending on the volume of content. We handle instructional design and technical setup — you don't need to become a platform expert. You provide your policies and scripts; we turn them into learning paths. Minimum group size is 10 employees.
What about data security?
The bot stores minimal personal data. For corporate clients, a white-label instance on a dedicated server is available — data never leaves your perimeter. NDA and DPA available on request.
