How the AI analysis works

The system separates manager and customer voices (diarization), transcribes the conversation, and checks every item on your checklist. Grades: Completed / Partial / Not completed / Not applicable — each accompanied by a conversation quote as evidence.

AI automatically detects and flags speech recognition artifacts — spots where transcription may have erred. This reduces the risk of false assessments and increases report reliability.

What recording formats are supported?
MP3, WAV, FLAC, M4A — all popular formats from call tracking systems. Upload an archive of recordings and the system processes them automatically.
Is there integration with our call tracker (Mango, UIS, Bitrix)?
Currently, recordings are uploaded manually — you export them from your call tracker and send us the archive. Direct integration with Mango Office, UIS, and other call trackers is on the near-term roadmap.
How accurate is the AI assessment?
The system uses Google Gemini for analysis — with speech recognition artifact detection (when Whisper «hears» something wrong). Every assessment is backed by a conversation quote, so results can be verified in seconds. For complex cases, we recommend spot-checking manually on the first few runs.
What about data security?
Audio recordings are processed and not stored after analysis. For corporate clients, a dedicated instance is available — data never leaves your perimeter. NDA and DPA available on request.
Can I use it without EdUnit Bot?
Yes. ScriptCheck works standalone — you get a report in CSV and JSON. EdUnit Bot adds automatic remedial training: failed script items become personalized tasks in Telegram.
How many calls can be processed?
